Does anyone know how to use the weft feeder?

(1) The LASER/NOVA type weft feeder is equipped with front and rear tensioners. When using, the clamping tension should be adjusted according to the characteristics of the yarn, and the brush degree of the brush ring should be adjusted at the same time. The yarn spacing can be adjusted for different yarn counts, please refer to the user manual for details.

(2) Adjust the position of the FDP type weft feeder when it is in use, so that the axis is aligned with the main nozzle of the loom. The drum diameter can also be adjusted according to the reed width of the loom, and the distance between the electromagnetic needle and the main drum piece can be adjusted, which basically meets the conditions of use. For details, please refer to the user manual.

(3) When the COMET type weft feeder is used, in order to avoid the vibration of the loom affecting its work, the weft feeder should be installed on a bracket separate from the loom, and its axis should be aligned with the main nozzle of the loom.
