Two times braking reduces the tension peak of the weft yarn, which is basically close to the binding effect in the mechanic feeder. Removal of the blower and power consumption of the welt feeder is only about 75 watts, and the energy-saving effect is huge. Increase the speed by 10 % to 20 % compared to the mechanical feeder. It can be set up as a binding flying mode, and it can also be set as a common mode, which assures a wide application range for weft. The maintenance cost is low and the operation is simple.
