2. When the platform stops due to weft (for FDP specification)
· When the weft insertion error occurs, it will be detected by the weft detector and the loom will stop running.
· The red light of the tower pole indicator is on, and the blue light is on or flashing.
·According to the position where the weft insertion error occurs, the corresponding processing is carried out.
1) When the weft yarn breaks within the fabric width
(1) Continue to press the reverse button until the reed stops in the backward position and then release it.
(2) Pull out the weft yarn with wrong weft insertion from the cloth fell.
Note) When the leakage of the weft detector stops (the blue light is flashing), completely remove the yarn entangled on the weft detector.
(3) Continue to press the reverse button until the reed stops in the backward position and then release it.
(4) Depress the pump pedal several times. Water will spray from the nozzle.
(5) Press the ready button.
(6) Press the forward button. That is, the operation can be restarted.
2) When the weft yarn breaks between the FDP and the nozzle
Main components of water jet loom
(1) Perform operations (1) to (3) of 1).
(2) Press the pre-winding/unwinding button on the FDP operation panel. That is, the yarn wound on the FDP drum 1 can start to unwind.
(3) Remove the yarn wound on FDP drum 1.
(4) Pass the front end of the yarn into the yarn guide plate 2, the yarn gripper yarn guide 3, and the nozzle 4 in sequence, and hold it with the right hand.
(5) Press the pre-winding/unwinding button of the FDP operation panel with the left hand.
There will be yarn rewinding on FDP drum 1.
(6) Clamp the weft yarn exposed from the nozzle to the temple.
(7) Depress the pump pedal several times. Water will be sprayed from the nozzle.
(8) Press the forward button. That is, the operation can be restarted.
3) When the weft yarn breaks between the yarn feeder and the FDP
(1) Insert the front end of the yarn into the tensioner 5.
(2) Pass the front end of the yarn from the blower bracket 7 of the yarn feeder motor 6 through the rotary yarn guide 8 with a celestial silk hook.
